I could not let the year end without posting this review which is way overdue! I don’t think I have ever posted a review online, so that alone tells you how happy I was with the service I received from Erin and the Wheelock Team.

I purchased my first home with Erin and her team. While I was looking to purchase, I went into this process with very low expectations of finding anything within my budget, particularly given all the wants I had (luxury building with amenities and a view). I had been looking for sometime on my own and my wants with the NYC market seemed impossible to satisfy. It was always a pleasure to meet with Erin to see condos. She always came with a smile and contagious enthusiasm, and was always responsive (even when I texted at ridiculous hours given my hectic work schedule). I hadn't initially narrowed down where I wanted to be, but was open to Manhattan, BK and Queens (LIC/Astoria). She delivered houses to see in all boroughs (and was extremely patient as I tried to narrow down). Once we narrowed down an area, she continued to deliver. Erin also wasn’t afraid to negotiate with a straight face (even if my offers were a bit low), but also made sure to manage expectations which I appreciated.

Once I found the building I wanted, she watched it like a hawk, consistently sending me units as they came on the market. When the perfect unit (my now home) was about to be listed, she was able to secure for me to see the unit first and even get in an offer (which was accepted) prior to hitting the market! The rest of her team (specifically Jen and Mandy) were also fantastic. Not only did they make the closing seamless, they were also very responsive (and addressed all my (silly) questions).

Overall a sincere thank you to Erin and her team for making the purchase of my first home an easy, smooth transaction and being available to discuss my concerns and questions. I truly felt looked after and taken care of.
