How To View Apartments?

We are so excited that you chose us as your agents to work with! A few little things before we get started:

We’re going to start sending you listings, please give us your feedback. We always want to make sure that our perception of what you said actually matches what you meant.

Once you know what apartments you want to see, let us know and we’ll make sure we get them all lined up so we can be as time-effective as humanly possible.

Then, when you are out seeing the properties, if for some reason we aren’t with you (maybe it’s an open house you just wanted to stop by), don’t throw all your cards away! For example, don’t let them know how much you love it; it might take away a little bit of our negotiability.

We’ll be sure to keep you informed on where the market is at. This way, if you see fifteen other people in the apartment you’ll know that you need to act fast.

We’re here to work with you and ensure we’re in communication with the other agent as well so that we can really try find out what the seller’s motivation is and get you the best deal possible.

Make sure you let us know what you like and what you don’t like because that also helps us. Some examples could include things like you really don’t like x view, or you decide you do really want that doorman, or outdoor space really is important. Let us know because the more you tell us the more we can go into our knowledge bank and figure out what properties are going to be right
